Nice, France, in addition to being a major seaside resort, is the home of the Chagall and Matisse museums, a grand opera, Michellin-starred restaurants and excellent shopping. Starting Sept. 21 and continuing through Sept. 13, 1981, the new Hotel Hyatt Regency is offering a "Nice Caprice" package, which includes a week-long stay, $160 per person, double occupancy, round-trip transfers between airport and hotel, plus "Welcome to Nice" discounts on restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. There will be weekly Sunday departures and Monday returns between New York and Nice.
