No buyers for home, it's now essay contest prize

If you think you've heard of all the unusual ways to ''sell'' a home, read this: Inez Brandon found no buyers for her two-bedroom house, so now it'll go to the person who pays $50 and writes the best 50-word essay on the advantages of living near a small town.
Mrs. Brandon launched her essay contest last week and she's accepting entries until Feb. 22. She said she'll announce a winner March 9, the anniversary of her marriage to her late husband, Jess.
Her goal is 2,500 entries - $125,000.
