Khomeini reassures Iranians he is well

Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini broadcast a message on state radio Thursday from his hospital bed to reassure Iranians that he was well and to urge them to vote in Friday's presidential election. Iran's revolutionary leader was brought to Tehran for a checkup on the advice of his doctors, the official Pars News Agency said.
