February 8, 1980
Next week is "Print Week" at Sotheby Parke Bernett in New York. More than 600 19th and 20th-century prints, among them early Matisse etchings , aquatints by Miro, and prints by Picasso, will go on the block at 10:15 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Feb.13, and at 10:15 a.m. on Feb. 14. On Feb. 14 at 2 p.m. -- the first auction devoted entirely to the prints and drawings of Mary Cassatt. "Fine old masterprints" by Rembrandt, Goya, and Callot will be auctioned on Feb. 15 at 10:15 a.m. and 2 p.m.
