US help for energy inventors

To the real estate editor: In your Jan. 25 column Mrs. J. J. Manly of San Antonio wrote to ask about information for her son, who has invented a solar energy plan which she feels is interesting.
Another newspaper article mentioned that the Department of Energy now is distributing a booklet, entitled "Federal Assistance for Energy Inventors," which details the process by which one may receive assistance from the federal government is pursuing inventions in this field.
