Britons will soon be able to buy a government pamphlet outlining precautions they should take in the event of a nuclear war. Leon Britain, a junior minister at the Home Office, told Parliament Wednesday night that public concern over the threat of a nuclear attack had increased since the Soviet intervention in Afghanistan. He said the pamphlet, called "Protect and Survive," will be an updated version of one distributed previously to civil servants, members of Parliament, and journalists.
