Philippines investigates China Airlines crash

An investigation team headed by Philippines Civil Aviation Administrator General Jesus Singsun began an inquiry Thursday into the cause of a China Airlines plane crash here Wednesday. When all were accounted for, all but one of the 135 people aboard survived the crash, 85 of them largely unscathed, despite the speed with which the plane was enveloped in flames.
