The 2 Koreas edge closer to holding unity talks

North and South Korean officials failed in talks here Tuesday to decide where a proposed meeting between their prime ministers should take place, a spokesman for the South said. But the North agreed in principle to prepare topics in advance for the meeting, aimed at reviving long-stalled unification talks, and the two delegations agreed to further contacts on March 18. Lee Dong Bok, a Seoul delegate, told reporters there was a good chance of solving the venue question at the next session.
