Israeli and Christian militia gunners pounded suspected Palestinian guerrilla positions Monday in the central sector of south Lebanon, violating a 48-hour-old UN-negotiated ceasefire, leftist sources said. The sources said the Israeli and Christian militias opened heavy artillery and shelled the villages of Nabatiyeh, Rihan, and Ayshiye, some 10 miles north of the Israeli border.
