11 seized called nucleus of Puerto Rican terrorists

Eleven persons reputed to be the "nucleus" of a Puerto Rican terrorist group linked to more than 100 bombings or attempted bombings since 1974 were arrested and ordered held here Saturday under $2 million bonds apiece. Carlos Torres, one of the Federal Bureau of Investigation's most-wanted fugitives, and his wife were among the group arrested.
