Japan to give $100 million to aid Turkish economy

Japan announced Tuesday it will contribute $100 million to a new joint Western economic-aid package to Turkey this year to help pull it out of an economic crisis. Last year Tokyo pledged a $70 million loan to Turkey as part of $900 million in credits from donor countries.
