Bogota guerrillas reported planning Nicaragua refuge

Bogota, Colombia
El Espector, a Bogota newspaper, said Tuesday that leftist guerrillas holding 18 diplomatic hostages at the Dominican Embassy are planning to fly to asylum in Nicaragua -- but will go first to Vienna for a news conference before a world audience. It said the guerrillas might leave as soon as Saturday, although an exchange of prisoners appeared unlikely before departure.
Diplomatic and government sources did not affirm this report but said ransom negotiations may be resolved this week.
