Who would a Reagan administration include? Mr. Reagan has named a team of 68 foreign-policy advisers, including Richard E. Pipes and Nathan Glazer of Harvard and Robert L. Pfaltzgraff Jr. of the Fletcher School at Tufts. Now speculation is centering on his choice for running mate.
