Warsaw Pact meets -- and Romania's there

Romania, which is often more low- key than its East-bloc neighbors in its support of the Warsaw Pact -- and sometimes downright critical of it -- was fully represented when the seven member-states gathered in Warsaw Wednesday to mark the alliance's 25th anniversary. Monitor special correspondent Eric Bourne reports that its delegation was headed by Nicolae Ceausescu, the President and Communist Party leader.
