Two more Republican moderates were given top jobs in Ronald Reagan's campaign on Tuesday. Former Ambassador Anne Armstrong will serve as cochairman of the campaign and James Baker, campaign chairman of George Bush this year and Gerald Ford in 1976, will be a senior adviser. Both are Texans, and the Reagan campaign hopes they will help in a key state carried by President Carter in 1976 .
