The French Atomic Energy Commission has ordered the evacuation of most of its personnel from the Iraqi nuclear research project at Tammuz, near Baghdad, which was bombed Tuesday by Iranian aircraft. A spokesman for the commission, which oversees the project, said only a handful of volunteers would remain to keep an eye on installations.
