The City
November 3, 1980
The city is a very interesting place to be. You hear cars roaring, people chatting, radios playing, and dogs barking. You turn to Speak with a friend. Some joggers hurry past. You notice their bright red, blue, and green outfits. A group of pigeons mill around in the park. You may toss a few crumbs yourself. The smell of fresh cake reaches your nose. You go into a bakery and take a sample. It tastes sweet and cheesy. You buy a small doughnut and leave. Entering the park you lie down under a shady tree. The shade is cool and refreshing. The grass under you tickets your skin. You look up to watch children playing in the street and de cide the city is a very enjoyable place to live.
