Begin to meet Carter on Mideast situation

Prime Minister Menachem Begin will confer with President Carter in Washington nov. 13 on the Middle East situation, an Israeli official said. Asked whether the prime minister and Mr. Carter will discuss the stalled Palestinian autonomy talks, the official said: "Autonomy will certainly be one of the topics, but the meeting will cover all developments in the area.
