The United States was not the only country holding elections Tuesday -- the 3 ,300-strong electorate of the Turks and Caicos Islands in the Caribbean voted for a new government.The British colony's Parliament has 11 seats. The governing People's Democratic Movement held six seats and the opposition People's National Party five in the outgoing Parliament.
