Saudis, Emirates want price freeze on oil

Amid reports that oil is once again flowing from Iran and Iraq, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates have said they want an oil price freeze at the OPEC summit coming up in Bali, Indonesia. But reports indicate the price question will be put aside in favor of efforts to end the Gulf war and reunify the oil cartel.
