Jailed guerrillas warned on fate of Italian judge

Eighty-five jailed urban guerrillas were charged with complicity in the kidnapping of Judge Giovanni D'Urso, who was being held under sentence of death by the Red Brigades. The state prosecutor warned the guerrillas, in prisons throughout the country, that they would face a life sentence on a charge of complicity in murder if the judge were killed.
