Israeli jets attacked three Palestinian guerrilla camps in southern Lebanon in response to a rocket attack on the border town of Kiryat Shemona, where seven Israelis were hurt, a military spokesman said. He said direct hits were scored on Palestinian positions, and local residents said at least 10 people were killed. Deputy Defense Minister Mordechai Zipori said Thursday's air strike was just the first reprisal f or the rocket attack and more action would follow.
