Another Briton accused of being double agent

The second spy scandal in a week rocked Britain Wednesday with allegations that the former chairman of the Labour Party, the late thomas Driberg, was a double agent. The charges in the Daily Mail came as Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher conferred with security advisers on the newspaper's earlier charge that the former head of Britain's secret service, the late Sir Roger Hollis, was a Soviet "mole," or double agent, working for the KGB.

Mrs. Thatcher goes before Parliament Thursday with what government officials said would be a "comprehensive reply" to the allegations against the one-time head of MI5 -- Britain's counterintelligence organization.
