Spanish suggest terrorists meant to kill King Carlos

Rightist terrorists who took 300 hostages at a Barcelona bank also dug a 15 -foot tunnel under a street where King Juan Carlos was to review a military parade. Discovery of the tunnel raised concern that they may have intended to assassinate the King, who almost single-handedly foiled a military c oup Feb. 23 .
