Reagan planning to meet Egyptian, Israeli leaders

President Reagan will hold talks here this summer with Egyptian President Anwar al-Sadat and the victor in this month's Israeli elections. A White House announcement said Mr. Sadat accepted an invitation to visit Washington Aug. 5 and 6, and Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin agreed to come Sept. 9 and 10. A White House spokesman said the invitation to Israel would apply to Mr. Begin's successor if his party i s defeated in parliamentary elections June 30.
