Waldheim to join talks on third-world issues

UN Secretary-General Kurt Waldheim has accepted an invitation to attend a summit conference of 22 rich and poor countries to be held in Cancun, Mexico, in October. President Reagan will be among the participants at the "North-South" meeting, which was arranged by Chancellor Bruno Kreisky of Austr ia and President Lopez Portillo of Mexico.
