Newark, N.J.
Last week's slaying of Guardian Angel Frank Melvinby a police officer is now the subject of an FBI inquiry.
But Curtis Sliwa, founder of the civilian anticrime patrol, said he was ''not satisfied'' by the FBI's announcement that it would conduct an inquiry and intends to lead a march from Trenton to Washington today (Thursday) to press for a Justice Department investigation.
Police said Mr. Melvin was shot because the officer believed the Angel was threatening his partner. But the Angels have said the shooting was a ''cold murder.''
