OPEC oil ministers plan emergency talks on glut

Oil ministers of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries will hold emergency talks on the world's oil surplus before the end of this month, OPEC president Mana Said Oteiba announced. A date for the meeting would be decided very soon, he said.
