Libya warns US about planned Navy maneuvers

Navy Secretary John Lehman said the United States is planning new naval maneuvers in the Mediterranean off the coast of Libya, immediately triggering a Libyan warning that ''a third world war is imminent.'' The Soviet news agency Tass reported: ''The Reagan administration is planning a new armed provocation against Libya."
