Come on, Kennesaw! As one of your own citizens said, your city council has made you a ''laughingstock'' by requiring every head of household to own a gun and ammunition (with exemptions for convicted felons and few others). How a nice Georgia town like you could imagine finding ''safety, security and general welfare,'' as the law says, in a gun for every family sure beats us. But actually nobody should be laughing at all.
