Minnesota town fathers move to require guns

The city council here, not to be outdone by Kennesaw, Ga., gave preliminary approval to a proposed ordinance requiring every man, woman, and child to own a gun. The ordinance would serve as a protest against gun control and other forms of government intrusion, Mayor Gerard Bibeau said.
