Experts to field questions on TV for 'Ground Zero'

''Ground Zero Week'' activists at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard will pose questions about nuclear weapons strategy to Henry Kissinger, McGeorge Bundy, and Herman Kahn in a special edition of ABC's ''Nightline,'' broadcast live from the Harvard campus tonight (Thursday) from 11:30 until 1 a.m. According to Monitor TV critic Arthur Unger, other guests will include Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, Billy Graham, and Edward Teller, who will participate via satellite.
