Moroccan Foreign Minister Muhammad Boucetta held talks with President Hosni Mubarak amid signs of improved relations between Cairo and moderate Arab states that boycotted Egypt for making peace with Israel. Mr. Boucetta is the first senior official of an Arab country that severed ties with Egypt to visit Cairo since 1979.
