He doesn't have a name yet, but he's famous. The arrival of Britain's new prince prompted congratulations from heads of state worldwide.
The blue-eyed, fair-haired son of the Prince and Princess of Wales was born shortly after 9 p.m. Monday, London time. He is second in line to the British throne. Prince Charles would give reporters no clues to a name for the little prince. But informed guesses have it the choices are George, James, Charles, Edward, David, and Philip.
