Strawberry bread

With the strawberry season at its peak, try some in this quick bread, fragrant with cinnamon and pink with berries. Strawberry Bread 2 eggs 2/3 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup sour cream 11/4 cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 2/3 cup crushed strawberries
Oil a 81/2 by 41/2 by 21/2-inch loaf pan and set aside. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Put eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla in large mixing bowl. With electric beaters beat mixture unti light and fluffy. Add sour cream, flour, cinnamon and baking powder and beat well. Fold in crushed strawberries. Pour into oiled pan. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes.
