US to ignore court order on aliens working illegally

Immigration agents will resume raids on Western US factories suspected of employing illegal immigrants, despite a court ruling that the raids may be unconstitutional.
A spokesman for the Los Angeles office of the US Immigration and Naturalization Service said he believes the raids could be carried out without violating the court's ruling. The service has called the raids, in which illegal immigrants working in factories are rounded up by immigration agents, Operation Jobs, because the aliens are said to be taking jobs away from American citizens.
