15 Nicaraguan exiles arrested in Costa Rica

Fifteen leaders of a conservative Nicaraguan opposition party were arrested here in the latest crackdown on Nicaraguan exile politicians, officials said. They said those arrested belonged to Alfonso Robelo's Nicaraguan Democratic Movement and had been taken in on orders of the National Security Agency.
