NATO ministers see shadow of pipeline

NATO foreign ministers ended a two-day summit meeting claiming that ''the alliance is in good shape,'' but European members said they feared President Reagan's campaign against the Siberian pipeline could divide the alliance.

The ministers agreed to study European dependence on the Soviets - growing trade with the East bloc, purchases of natural gas from the Siberian pipeline, and the granting of favorable credit terms to Moscow, a US official said.
