Two Mobil Oil Corporation executives to step down

Mobil Corporation chairman Rawleigh Warner Jr., in an announcement scheduled for release today (Nov. 22), said he and Mobil president William Tavoulareas will step down Jan. 1 as heads of Mobil Oil Corporation, a subsidiary.

Mr. Warner will continue as chairman and chief executive office of Mobil Corporation. Mr. Tavoulareas will remain as president and chief operating officer of the parent company.
