Monitor writer honored for coverage of hunger

The winners of the 1982 World Hunger Media Awards were announced today (Nov. 23). Monitor writer Richard Harley won an honorable mention for ''outstanding and continuous coverage'' of world hunger. The top prize for best newspaper coverage went to Ann Crittenden of The New York Times.
