Pravda says USSR ready to renew ties with Albania

The Soviet Communist Party daily Pravda said the Kremlin was ready to establish normal relations with Stalinist Albania after a 20-year break.

The offer was made in an article marking the 38th anniversary of the Balkan country's liberation from Italian and German forces and the setting up of a socialist state.
