Nigeria has sold no oil in the past five days, Nigerian Vice-President Alex Ekwueme was quoted as saying in the government-owned New Nigerian newspaper Thursday.
Mr. Ekwueme made no mention of a change in the price of Nigeria's usually much-sought-after light crude, which currently stands at $35.50 a barrel. Oil accounts for more than 90 percent of Nigeria's foreign earnings.
