President Reagan might disclose as early as June whether he will seek reelection, White House counselor Edwin Meese said. In an exclusive interview to be published in Friday's edition of the Washington Times, Mr. Meese said the President had not yet made up his mind and that his decision would be influenced by his reading of whether he retained public confidence. Pressure mounts for a decision. Deputy press secretary Larry Speakes said the President agrees with his advisers that an outside committee should direct his campaign if he decides to run again.
