Hitting the 100 mark. . . . The nonaligned movement has informally agreed to admit three new members at its Delhi summit March 7: Colombia, the Bahamas, and Barbados. The nonaligned countries will thus number 100. It would have been 101, but Venezuela has withdrawn its application for membership.

It couldn't comply with the group's demand that it formally renounce the use of violence to support its claim over two-thirds of Guyana's territory.m
