Certain kinds of vegetables are decorative as well as delicious. ''Cut and come again'' vegetables can be easily grown among many kinds of garden flowers. They include Swiss chard, New Zealand spinach, and parsley.
Did you ever hear of the unicorn plant? The scientific name is Martynia louisianica.
The dried seed pod has an appearance from which the common name is taken. Dried pods can be used in dried flower arrangements.
