Beirut: US marines take cover after ambush

Five US marines were injured by a grenade, and Italian soldiers were hit by small-arms fire, in the most serious attacks on the multinational peace force since it arrived in Beirut. Four suspects were arrested, but there was no immediate clue to the identity of the assailants.
