Correction

Through a typographical error, a word was dropped from ''Euromissiles: a plan to satisfy the Russians - and NATO'' by Dennis M. Gormley and Douglas M. Hart on March 25. The sentence should have read: ''This proposal does not address the problem of refire missiles (either Soviet or US), but refires have little utility against the time-urgent targets that determine minimum deployment requirements.''
