President Reagan is expected to receive within two weeks the final report on the new MX missile, deputy press secretary Larry Speakes said. Sources said Mr. Reagan, who appointed a panel to find a way of deploying the MX, was preparing for a major speech next Monday on the future of the controversial missile. Weekend reports indicated some panel members prefer the deployment of 200 or more such missiles, while others prefer deploying 100. The reports suggested some dissent about putting the missiles into existing Minuteman missile silos because they might be vulnerable.
