Dioxin-contaminated waste from an accident in Seveso, Italy, will be incinerated in Basel, Switzerland, at a waste treatment plant, the French Secretariat of State for the Environment said. The waste has been under guard at a French military camp since the 41 barrels were found in a French village 12 days ago after an intensive hunt across Europe.
