In an all-night session ending Monday morning, the central committee of PLO chief Yasser Arafat's Al-Fatah guerrilla group called for a meeting here of its Revolutionary Council.
The meeting will be the first of the influential 73-member council since the revolt began two months ago against Arafat's moderate policies. Members will discuss an intra-Fatah rebellion that erupted into fighting over the weekend, Palestinian sources said. For the weekend fighting, Mr. Arafat later blamed Libyans stationed in eastern Lebanon to help Syria defend against Israeli forces.
